This policy explains how Orunju Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "Orunju") handles personal information when you visit orunju.com (the "Site"), and the rights you have. Our games, software, and custom software services may have their own policies, which prevail for those products.

The Site is a showcase site. It has no registration, accounts, forms, subscriptions, CAPTCHA, or analytics, and uses no tracking cookies.

Network information generated when you visit. Your browser automatically sends network information such as your IP address, access time, requested URL, and browser type (User-Agent). Our hosting provider Cloudflare processes it to deliver pages and protect the Site against malicious traffic. Our own systems do not log or store it; retention follows Cloudflare's service log rules. Cloudflare may set cookies strictly necessary for security; they are not used for tracking, profiling, or advertising.

Emails you send us. If you write to contact@orunju.com, we process your email address, name (if given), and message only to reply to you, and keep it for 2 years from receipt. Please do not include sensitive personal information unrelated to your inquiry.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for profiling or personalized recommendations. If we add features that collect personal information (such as forms, subscriptions, or analytics), we will update this policy first and ask for your consent before collecting.

3. Minors

The Site does not collect personal information from minors. Children under 14 should not send us emails containing personal information. Guardians who become aware of such a case can contact contact@orunju.com and we will delete it promptly. Protections for minors in our games (including anti-addiction rules) are governed by each product's own terms and policy.

4. Processors and cross-border transfer

We engage Cloudflare, Inc. for hosting, content delivery, and network security, which involves network information from your visits (including IP address). The Site is hosted on Cloudflare, and its servers may be outside the People's Republic of China, so this information may be processed abroad. Overseas recipient: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Purpose and method: delivering pages and security protection. You can contact contact@orunju.com and we will help you exercise your rights with the recipient.

Except as above or as required by law, we do not provide, transfer, or publicly disclose your personal information.

5. Security

The whole Site uses HTTPS and security headers such as a Content Security Policy. In a personal information security incident, we will take remedial action and notify you and the authorities as required by law.

6. Your rights

You have the rights to know, decide, access, copy, correct, supplement, delete, withdraw consent, and request an explanation. Email contact@orunju.com to exercise them. We will reply within 15 business days and explain any refusal.

7. Updates

We may revise this policy and will publish revisions on the Site with an updated effective date. Material changes (purpose, method, categories of information, or processors) will be announced prominently on the Site.

8. Contact and disputes

If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may complain to the authority responsible for personal information protection or sue in a competent court. This policy is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding, for this purpose, the laws of Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, and Taiwan). If the Chinese and English versions differ, the Chinese version prevails.
